What We're Learning in Language Arts
Notice and Note
Teachers use Beers & Probst Notice and Note. There are signposts that students learn for Fiction and Nonfiction that helps them think through what they are reading and ask themselves questions. Click on the image to see the signposts form that I use in the classroom. Below is a video about signposts to help you understand what signposts are. Students may often be asked to share signposts that they found in their reading. Use the information to help your reader think through the signposts.
